How can we help?
GraceFlow is a free, private space for blessing, goodwill and reflective practice. Here are the quickest answers to common questions.
Quick answers
Where is my GraceFlow information stored?
Your profiles, favorites, history, reflections, settings and voice notes are stored locally on your device. Build 1 has no GraceFlow account or cloud synchronization.
How do I move or restore my information?
Open Settings and choose Encrypted backup. Create a protected backup file, save it in a location you control and use Restore encrypted backup on the destination device.
Why do reminders or voice notes need permission?
Notification access is used for reminders that you enable. Microphone access is used only after you start recording a private voice note. You can change both permissions in device settings.
How do I remove my information?
Use the deletion actions in GraceFlow settings, clear the app’s storage through the operating system or uninstall the app. Saved backup files must be removed separately from their storage location.
