Data Deletion

GraceFlow Build 1 stores user-created information locally. It has no GraceFlow account system or developer-hosted user database.

Delete information inside GraceFlow

    Open Settings

    Go to the Settings tab in GraceFlow.

    Open the related section

    Choose profiles, reminders, history, backups or another setting that contains the information.

    Use the delete or reset action

    Confirm the action when GraceFlow asks you.

    Check saved files

    Remove exported documents and encrypted backups separately from the location where you saved them.

Remove all local app data

Use your operating system’s app-storage controls to clear GraceFlow data, or uninstall GraceFlow from the device. Operating-system backups may follow the settings of your Apple or Google account.

Support messages

If you previously contacted GraceFlow support and want that correspondence removed, contact us through the Support page from the same email address.
