GraceFlow is designed as a private, local-first space for silent blessings, goodwill and reflection.

1. Who we are

GraceFlow is developed and maintained by a small team based in Montenegro, a country in Europe. This policy explains how the GraceFlow mobile application and its support channel handle information.

2. Information stored by the app

Build 1 has no GraceFlow account system and no developer-hosted user database. The following information is stored locally on your device when you choose to create or enable it:

  • local profile names, app preferences and accessibility settings;
  • favorites, blessing history, reflections and unfinished drafts;
  • reminder settings and locally scheduled notification information;
  • private voice notes, app-lock settings and encrypted backup data.

GraceFlow does not transmit the content of your blessings, reflections or voice notes to another person or to a GraceFlow server.

3. Information GraceFlow does not collect

Build 1 contains no advertising SDK, third-party analytics SDK, behavioral tracking SDK, public feed, live AI service or GraceFlow cloud synchronization. We do not sell personal information.

4. Device permissions

GraceFlow requests access only when you use a feature that needs it:

  • Microphone: used when you start a private voice-note recording. Audio remains in local app storage.
  • Notifications: used when you enable reminders. Reminders are scheduled locally on your device.
  • Biometrics: Face ID, Touch ID or the Android equivalent is processed by your operating system. GraceFlow receives only the authentication result.
  • Files and sharing: used when you choose to export a reflection or save, share or restore an encrypted backup.

You can change permissions at any time in your device settings. Some related features will then become unavailable.

5. Backups, exports and deletion

Encrypted backup files and exported documents are created only at your request. You control the storage location and every later copy of those files. Removing local app data does not remove a backup that you saved elsewhere.

Local records remain until you delete them in GraceFlow, clear the app data through the operating system or uninstall the app. See the Data Deletion page for step-by-step guidance.

6. Support communications

If you contact GraceFlow support, we receive the email address and information you choose to include. We use that information to answer your request, diagnose the reported issue and maintain an appropriate support record. Please leave private blessing text, voice notes and other sensitive content out of support messages.

7. Purchases and platform services

Build 1 has no active voluntary-support products. A later version may offer optional support through Apple or Google. Those platform providers process payments under their own privacy policies. We will update this policy before activating that feature.

8. Children’s privacy

GraceFlow has no developer-hosted service that knowingly collects personal information from children. Parents and guardians should supervise device permissions, backups and support messages when a child uses the app.

9. Safety and scope

GraceFlow is a reflective wellbeing application. It does not provide emergency support, medical care, therapy, diagnosis, treatment or legal advice. If you are in immediate danger or may harm yourself or someone else, contact local emergency services or a trusted person now.

10. Changes and contact

We may update this policy as GraceFlow develops. The effective date at the top of this page will show the latest revision. Questions about privacy can be sent through the contact listed on the GraceFlow Support page.
